Former Florida linebacker Wilber Marshall will be honored with an on-campus salute during Saturday night’s game against Miami, the school announced Friday.

The salute, which will take place at the first timeout of the second quarter, will commemorate Marshall’s introduction to the College Football Hall of Fame.

Each inductee returns to their alma mater and will be honored with an on-field ceremony and receive a plaque in a tradition that dates back to 1951.

Kentucky lineman outruns Louisville lineman

September 2nd, 2008, 8:57 am by Josh Weinfuss

So I was watching the Kentucky-Louisville game on Sunday and this play happened.

Myron Pryor, the 6-foot-1, 310-pound Kentucky defensive lineman picks up a fumble and outruns — yes, outruns — 6-4, 310-pound Louisville offensive lineman Eric Wood.

Just watch it for yourself…
