Enrique Davis update: Week 10

According to the University of Mississippi’s football statistics from Saturday’s 17-7 win over Auburn, Mosley graduate Enrique Davis did not play.

That was the second game this season he hasn’t played in.

Yet, Davis still stands as the fourth leading rusher for the Rebels with 162 yards and two touchdowns on 40 carries.

Ole Miss has a week off before playing the University of Louisiana-Monroe.

Enrique Davis update: Week 9

A week after rushing for 70 yards, Enrique Davis had only two carries for five yards.

For the season, Davis, a former Mosley All-American, has 162 yards and two touchdowns on 40 carries.

Ole Miss is 4-4 and hosts Auburn on Saturday.

Enrique Davis update: Week 6

According to Ole Miss’ participation report, Enrique didn’t play Saturday against South Carolina.

The Rebels let a first-half lead get away from them in a 31-24 loss to the Gamecocks.

For the season, the former Mosley back is still fourth on the team in rushing with 87 yards and two touchdowns on 27 carries.

Ole Miss has the week off before traveling to Alabama on Oct. 18.

Enrique Davis update: Week 5

Enrique Davis came home to the state of Florida, in the stadium that his father once played in, last week and helped Ole Miss upset the Florida Gators.

Davis had just 1 yard on two carries for a .5 yards average.

For the season, Davis remains fourth on the Rebels in rushing with 87 yards on 27 carries and two touchdowns.

Ole Miss hosts South Carolina Saturday at 1 p.m.

Enrique Davis update: Week 4

Ole Miss running back Enrique Davis rushed for 25 yards on seven carries in Saturday’s 23-17 loss to Vanderbilt.

He averaged 3.6 yards per carry.

At one point late in the first half, the former Mosley All-American had three consecutive rushes for eight yards before the clock expired.

Through four games, Davis has rushed for 86 yards on 25 carries for the Rebels (2-2). He’s averaging 21.5 yards per game and is tied for the team lead with two touchdowns.

Mississippi plays at Florida on Saturday.
